As described above, stratigraphic evidence and structural deformation of till, lacustrine , and fluvial deposits reported by Calkin in the Middlebury area, by Connally in the West Bridport area, and by Wright in the Charlotte area is here regarded as associated with ice streaming, specifically lateral shear margins and calving. This interpretation obviously is a finding of an important Glacial Dynamic. This is in contrast with the T8 evidence in the Missisquoi Basin in which deltaic deposits are partially overlain by till and ponded water facies deposits, which represents a bonafide readvance.
